This includes write ups and video how-to’s for all of our products

My services are down and I need support, what can I do ?

If you are a current customer you can email helpdesk@sparkplug-ip.com  and a ticket will be created. A tech will assigned within 30 mins to assist. You can also use our live chat feature. Look for the green phone in the bottom right corner.

I need to schedule an onsite dispatch

The sparkplug mobile App can assist with this. Just open the app and hit the service tech now button. A ticket will be created with a dispatch assignment. You will receive a text with an ETA when available. Also emailing helpdesk@sparkplug-ip.com and including DISPATCH in the subject will route to our service team.
